Extra Hands Vacation Childcare:

-You can cancel services at any point without penalty up to three days (72 hours) prior to service during business hours (10:00am-6:00pm EST). If you cancel within the three day window, there is a $75 cancellation fee for each theme park day cancelled and a $50 fee for each in-room day cancelled.

-There is a 5 hour minimum for all reservations. If you choose not to use your Extra Hands helper for a full five hour block on the dates of services, you are still responsible for paying the 5 hour minimum.

-You are responsible for the cost of parking for your caregiver if you are staying at a resort that charges for parking.

-It is courteous to provide food for your caregiver during mealtimes when receiving theme-park services, or if you’re using a caregiver’s services for more than 6 hours. Like anyone else, your caregiver will be much better able to assist your family when they are given the opportunity to refuel and recharge. If the caregiver isn’t provided food along with your party at mealtimes, they can eat separately and add the cost of the meal, up to $20 onto the bill. Caregiver will keep the receipt as proof of purchase.

-Extra fees will apply when starting a shift earlier than 8:00am, or later than 8:59pm. Current rate for early and late hours is $3/hr.
-Extra fees apply to holiday dates. Current holiday rates are an extra $5/hr. 

-Payment must be rendered upon the date of services in person with your Extra Hands helper, or you subsequently authorize payment for the amount rendered in services through the card information provided on file. 

-A 3% processing fee will apply to all card transactions. 

-If for any reason a client fails to pay an excess balance owed (including but not limited to an unpaid balance for services rendered, cancellation fees, etc.) within three days of it’s due date, the client will be charged a $75.00 “Non-Payment” fee. 

-If you choose to cancel on the date of service, at the time services are to be rendered, even if you replace a second request for a later time that day, you will still incur a fee for the time traveled and set aside by your helper when they did not get to work those hours.
-All cancellations must be confirmed via email. If you call our office personnel to cancel, you will receive a cancellation email for your records.

-Extra Hands Vacation Services LLC. reserves the right to submit any unpaid amount for collections.
-Should legal action be necessary for any reason, you agree that all legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of the Osceola County Circuit Court, in Kissimmee, Florida, and you are responsible for all legal fees that the company has to expend. 

–Gratuity is not included in the cost of your services but is very customary and much appreciated. 

White Glove Orlando Tours:

-When booking your tour through White Glove at full value, you can cancel services at any point without penalty up to three days prior to service (72 hours). If you cancel within the three day window, there is a charge for four hours of each day cancelled within the three day window. If cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full value of the tour along with the standard 20% gratuity for your guide. Our VIP Private Guides rely on their income like everyone else, and canceling with little to no warning hurts them as well as the other families that we have had to turn away.

-If you have pre-purchased a discounted tour, there are no refunds for cancelling once our team has begun crafting your experiences. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. 

-Any packages purchased with tickets included are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

-There is a 6 hour minimum for all reservations. If you choose not to use your White Glove Tour Guide for a full six hour block on the dates of services, you are still responsible for paying the 6 hour minimum.

-White Glove tours are prepared to operate through rain or shine. In a high humidity area like Central Florida, groups should be prepared for the possibility of rain during their visit. Please also be mindful that a very select few outdoor attractions may cease operation for a time period for thunder– these decision are made at the sole discretion of the theme park, and not White Glove Orlando Tours. White Glove is not responsible for a theme park attraction not being available, functional, or accessible for any reason. 

-If you are purchasing your tour through White Glove directly, payment must be rendered upon the date of services in person with your Tour Guide, or you automatically authorize payment through the card information provided when reserving your dates. 

-White Glove is not responsible for any lost or missing items during the span of your theme park tour.

-A 3% processing fee will apply to all card transactions for processing.

Terms are subject to change at the discretion of Extra Hands Vacation Services LLC and White Glove Orlando Tours LLC. By submitting your card information to complete your booking and checking “YES” on your authorization form, you agree to all terms and conditions listed. By following through with services with the companies listed herein, you are agreeing to these terms.
