Why Choose Us?

In-Park Advantages

Vacation is meant to feel like… a vacation! Navigating parks, delegating fastpasses, and trying to keep your kids occupied in a hot theme park line is no easy task. In the midst of that pixie dust induced chaos is where our in-park professionals shine! Equipped with annual passes and knowledge of the parks, rides, height requirements, fastpass systems, restaurants and so on, having an extra set of hands and a capable guide can really save you time, energy and money!

Our in-park family helpers are right there with you to share all of the work that goes into producing the perfect Disney vacation. All services are contingent on a parent being present, working together hand and hand. Caregivers are not obligated to accompany children into the parks alone. Your children’s safety is our top priority.

Unlike other sites, we will put you in contact with your In-Park Assistant before your trip so you are able to discuss the itinerary as well as other information that you feel would benefit the trip.

“My kids can be a handful but that didn't phase her at all. The 3 year old loved her and enjoyed going on rides with her which was nice and allowed me to give the baby the extra attention she needed and give my stomach a break from repeated turns on a ride! She was great company and very knowledgeable about the parks and had lots of tips and hints.”

Question

Frequently Asked Questions

This being such a unique service, there may be some questions that arise.  Please refer to these "Frequently Asked Questions" if you need some clarification. If you have any more questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

It is courteous to provide food for your caregiver during mealtimes when receiving theme-park services, or if you're using a caregiver's services for more than 6 hours. Like anyone else, your caregiver will be much better able to assist your family when they are given the opportunity to refuel and recharge. If the caregiver isn’t provided food along with your party at mealtimes, they can eat separately and add the cost of the meal, up to $20 onto the bill. Caregiver will keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
